Because this is a custom creative service, refunds are not normally available once production has started. If we are unable to deliver the service, we will offer a refund or alternative solution.

One revision is included unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions, new concepts, or major changes may be charged separately. Final delivery is provided as an MP4 file. We do not guarantee sales, leads, enquiries, or advertising performance.

Client information, logos, files, and business details are used only to produce the ordered video service unless otherwise agreed.
